Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in leadership and management roles. • Familiarity with international recruiting, particularly in the US and Korea. • A strong track record of scaling recruiting functions in high-growth, startup environments. • Experience working closely with executive and founding teams to align recruiting efforts with strategic goals. • Demonstrated ability to own and drive tooling decisions, including ATS and other recruitment platforms, from selection to optimization. • Exceptional data literacy, with the ability to define, track, and achieve key recruiting metrics. • Experience leading employer branding initiatives and building scalable hiring processes. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and elevate a team. • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion ensuring it is embedded in every aspect of talent acquisition.
