Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field is required. • 10+ years of experience in communication design, visual storytelling, or graphic design, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or principal role. • Demonstrated experience working directly with executive or senior leadership teams to develop strategic presentations and communication materials. • Proven track record of managing complex, high-stakes design projects independently and delivering impactful visual content. • Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides for high-quality, polished presentations. • Ability to simplify and visualize complex data to make information clear and engaging. • Skilled in aligning design solutions with business and executive goals, translating ideas into clear, persuasive visuals. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with experience partnering with C-level executives and cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture. • Flexibility to adjust priorities and designs based on evolving needs and feedback from stakeholders. • High attention to detail in all design aspects, ensuring brand consistency and visual polish. • Proactive, with a strong ability to anticipate challenges and find creative solutions. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
