• Join the team as our next Product Manager, Integrations Catalog • Twilio powers real-time business communications and data solutions • The Segment Catalog is a central piece of that vision, containing integrations with hundreds of tools • You will own the strategy and roadmap for ensuring that the Segment Catalog remains robust, scalable, and aligned with customer needs • Drive Integration Relevance and Expansion for new and existing integrations • Manage integration upgrades and retire outdated integrations • Collaborate with internal teams to augment Segment’s data collection & activation strategy • This role will have a direct impact on ensuring that Segment’s catalog supports a composable CDP vision

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a strong technical background • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in fast-paced environments, leveraging research, data, and industry trends • Hands-on experience in building and nurturing technology partnerships, including scaling integration marketplaces and use cases • Experience collaborating with engineering teams and external partners to ensure integration reliability and upgrades • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Passion for data, technology, and experience with B2B, SaaS, or technical products • Familiarity with APIs, iPaaS platforms, and the broader integration ecosystem • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
