📋 Description

• As a Carrier Relations Manager at Twilio, you will play a critical role in managing relationships with our global network of carrier partners. • Your work will ensure the continued success of Twilio’s communication products by ensuring the highest level of service and performance for our customers. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and legal, to drive initiatives that enhance carrier performance, negotiate optimal pricing structures, and manage key carrier partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in carrier relations, telecom partnerships, or a similar role in the cloud communications industry. • Strong understanding of the telecom ecosystem, including carrier operations, pricing structures, and performance metrics. • Proven ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and performance agreements with global telecom carriers. • Ability to assess and interpret performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making. • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and legal departments. • Familiarity with international telecom regulations, markets, and carrier landscapes. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years’ of experience • Fluent in Spanish
