📋 Description
• UiPath is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Strategic Field Director. • Drive execution of key initiatives across the Americas organization, supporting the VP. • Strong understanding of automation, AI, product strategy, and sales strategy. • Manage operational efficiencies and drive scale. • Align field strategy with UiPath’s overarching goals. • Identify opportunities for automation and ensure smooth execution of strategic priorities. • Act as a liaison between the VP and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive communication. • Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in a senior strategic role, with an emphasis on automation and AI solutions. • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, driving strategic initiatives, and leading teams. • Familiarity with product strategy, automation use case development, and managing operational excellence through technology. • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and aligning cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate collaboration. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations. • Proven expertise in driving operational efficiency and managing internal processes. • Infrequent travel; focus is on internal alignment and supporting the VP in strategic decision-making. • Experience working with automation, AI, and process excellence teams is highly desired.
