β€’ At United Musculoskeletal Partners (UMP), we are building the most elite physician-owned shared services organization dedicated to excellence in musculoskeletal care. β€’ Our mission is to empower top-tier physicians by connecting them through an innovative platform designed to drive growth, enhance collaboration, and deliver exceptional patient care. β€’ We are committed to fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and partnership, enabling our network to achieve unparalleled success in patient outcomes and practice sustainability. β€’ Join us in shaping the future of musculoskeletal care and making a lasting impact on the lives of patients and providers alike. β€’ We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Healthcare Sales to join our Marketing Team. β€’ The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the medical and healthcare industry, demonstrating the ability to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with referring providers and health systems. β€’ This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in implementing effective sales strategies, managing a sales team, and working collaboratively with other departments to achieve company goals. β€’ The Director of Healthcare Sales will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing referring provider relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple orthopedic practices nationally. β€’ This position demands excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing industry trends. β€’ The successful candidate will be results-oriented, highly motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and providing regular reports to leadership. β€’ The Director of Healthcare Sales will also be involved in training and mentoring sales staff, developing marketing materials, and representing the company at industry events.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience. β€’ Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in managing and mentoring a sales team. β€’ Healthcare and sales experience preferred, with an understanding of managed care and reimbursement dynamics (payor strategy) and subspecialty growth. β€’ SalesForxce experience preferred. β€’ Ability to track, trend and understand data relevant to growth and opportunity. β€’ Driven and self-motivated with the ability to perform at a high level working autonomously when needed. β€’ Understanding of business data/outcomes and experience using data to support/refute hypotheses, build strategies and guide actions. β€’ Technically literate with computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platform(s) and EMRs. β€’ A client service mentality – you understand that we exist to support and deliver for the practices that are part of UMP. β€’ Passion and infectious enthusiasm for the brand you represent.
