Requirements
• High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or a similar industry. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
