β’ Developing New Business for Unily: Identify new customers through creative lead generation using internal tools, social networks and proactive outreach. β’ Selling to Enterprise Clients: Build knowledge of the Unily value proposition and understand client decision-making processes. β’ Solution Knowledge: Understand all Unily capabilities and articulate business value to customers. β’ Communication: Investigate client needs through engagement and deliver presentations to advance sales. β’ Negotiation: Navigate complex negotiations while maintaining professionalism under pressure. β’ Building Internal Relationships: Collaborate effectively with peers and maintain accurate forecasts to drive results.
β’ Minimum of 5 years or more of proven SaaS sales success preferable selling a comparable product such as Content Management, Intranet or Collaboration solutions. β’ Proven experience in selling to FTSE 100 or and Fortune 500 companies. β’ Ideally sold to senior stakeholders such as Chief Communications, Corporate Affairs, CHRO and or CIO Personaβs. β’ Knowledge of sales practice, strategy, tactics, tools in development of the value proposition. β’ Proven track record of building customer relationships and managing key stakeholders. β’ Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with business, technical and C-level executives. β’ Strong verbal skills with the need for occasional public speaking to large groups. β’ Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Solutions background would be ideal.
