β€’ Drive sales strategy and new customer acquisition for Unily's Employee Experience platform β€’ Understand and assess customer needs to position products and services accordingly β€’ Develop business acumen to identify new opportunities via lead generation tools and events β€’ Build knowledge of current industry trends to position Unily effectively as a trusted advisor

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years or more proven sales success β€’ Experience with SaaS based solution sales is a bonus β€’ Knowledge of sales practice, strategy, tactics, tools in development of the value proposition β€’ Strong all-round knowledge of the IT landscape with a technical solution understanding β€’ Familiarity with the Microsoft solutions stack for Azure and Office 365 is preferred β€’ Proven track record of building customer relationships and managing key stakeholders β€’ Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with business, technical, and C-level executives β€’ Strong verbal skills with the need for occasional public speaking to large groups β€’ Knowledge of Content Management, Intranet Solutions, and Digital Workplace concepts β€’ Background in Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Solutions would be ideal
