📋 Description
• Manage client relationships and ensure contract compliance. • Focus on strategic account management and proactive problem-solving. • Collaborate with internal teams for high-quality service. • Develop strategies for client programs and contract oversight. • Provide data and performance reporting with strategic recommendations. • Support internal process enhancements for operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience in managing clients, preferably in healthcare or dental insurance. • Excellent Oral and Written communication skills. • Efficient PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to travel (10%). • Ability to understand and articulate regulatory language. • Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
