Description
• Combine project management expertise with AI technologies • Lead globally distributed teams • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ensure project implementations within time and budget • Engage with clients in Spanish and English
Requirements
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Project/Program Management, account management, or other customer-facing roles • Experience delivering end-user facing software solutions • Professional PM certification (PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Agile, SCRUM, or equivalent) • Strong understanding of CCaaS, telephony solutions, enterprise or generative AI, and API integrations • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once • Proficiency in Spanish is required • Ability to travel up to 15%
