🎯 Requirements
•10+ years of experience in solution architecture, bid management, or strategic solutioning within a complex enterprise environment. •Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams in solution design and architecture. •Strong expertise in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and competitive bids, with a track record of developing winning solutions. •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels of an organization. •Deep understanding of business operations, technology, and industry trends to align solutions with client needs and market demands. •Experience working in a cross-functional environment, supporting bid teams and operational leaders in a solutioning capacity. •BA/BS degree OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
