• надання якісної підтримки VIP-гравцям бронзового сегмента • робота з задачами від ретеншн команди • просування серед гравців активностей, таких як турніри, лотереї, квести та пригоди • проведення інтерв’ю з гравцями бронзового сегмента, отримання відгуків про досвід і вподобання • збільшення задоволеності клієнтів завдяки надання якісної персоналізованої допомоги • конвертація бронзових гравців у VIP-клієнтів вищих сегментів • робота із запереченнями гравців • допомога з депозитами, виплатами, бонусами та іграми • допомога у процесі верифікації за потреби • досягнення встановлених цілей KPI • підтримка та вдосконалення знань про існуючі та нові продукти • можливість працювати за графіком 18:00 - 02:00 за Києвом (графік роботи з понеділка по п'ятницю)
🎯 Requirements
• вільне володіння усною та письмовою англійською мовою • вміння спілкуватися телефоном та в листах • відмінні комунікативні здібності та досвід роботи із запереченнями клієнтів • вміння зацікавити клієнта додатковими послугами, цікаво підкреслювати позитивні сторони продукту • емпатійність та стресостійкість у складних кейсах • бажання вивчати нові інструменти, працювати з ними та розвивати нові знання • вміння розподіляти робочий час і вкладатися в встановлені терміни виконання • досвід з iGaming на будь-якій посаді (бажано, але не критично)
