• The Partner Sales Manager (PSM) is a crucial member of our sales team, focused on driving new business opportunities and enhancing our strategic alliance with AWS. • This role requires a dynamic individual who excels at building and maintaining relationships, both within USAN and externally with AWS and its partner ecosystem. • Experience 5-10 years of experience in sales management, partner management, or business development, particularly in the technology or cloud computing industry, would be expected. • The PSM will maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with AWS partner teams and sellers. • The role will involve approximately 40% travel to engage directly with AWS teams in the United States, attend industry events, and conduct in-person meetings with potential clients. • The PSM will work closely with USAN’s internal sales teams to organize and execute one-to-one and one-to-many activities.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required • Proven experience in sales or partner management, preferably within the technology or SaaS sectors. • Strong understanding of cloud computing and/or the CCaaS industry. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. This includes talking directly to customers. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and organizations. • Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving business objectives.
