• Seek to develop new business account relationships in Houston, TX • Build and grow Regions Merchant Services relationship with consistent referral production • Daily utilization and updating of Salesforce as a CRM tool • Develop profitable new business account relationships selling Merchant Services to businesses • Identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, services • Learn and develop expert-level knowledge of company products and services • Present to prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services • Implement and maintain an effective referral network and call program to promote sales • Receive guidance and training in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Two to three years of relevant sales experience • Ability to travel 3-4 days per week in market (no overnight required) • Expert knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations • Excellent marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills • Excellent track record with outside sales activities • Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills • Working knowledge of Salesforce • Proficient in Microsoft Office
