Description

•Founded in 2003, IT Concepts’ core values ensure we work together to be the best •IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) is seeking an experienced Principal Solution Architect for Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) •Lead and support ITSM related functions to support our current customer base and business development activities •Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure ITSM solutions that meet customer and ITC requirements •Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in ITSM practices and technologies •Collaborate with business leaders, IT managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance •Develop and facilitate enforcement of IT standards, policies, and procedures •Remain abreast of market trends and new technologies for possible integration into ITC solutions

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred •Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a solution architect role •Proven track record of ITSM implementation at scale •Familiarity with multiple IT management systems and processes •Ability to understand and translate complex technical requirements into implementable solutions •Expertise in optimizing the performance of ITSM systems •Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills •Proficient in one, or more, IT management platforms •Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills •Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) •Experience with integrating ITSM solutions with other enterprise systems and applications •Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration with ITSM solutions •Federal Government Contracting experience with Proposals, Contingent, and New award processes •Knowledge of security best practices and standards related to ITSM •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills •Ability to work with Teams, but self-motivated to complete projects on your own •Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects •Proven leadership abilities with experience managing technical teams •Relevant certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, CISSP, or certifications in specific ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist)
