Description
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Provider Partnerships Managers (PPMs) • Scale revenue by partnering with healthcare providers • Mentor and inspire team to achieve and exceed targets • Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1s, and ride-alongs with PPMs • Foster a positive team environment that aligns with Nourish’s values
Requirements
• Proven track record in healthcare sales/BD • At least 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably at a high-growth startup • Experience hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing salespeople • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and process management skills • Knowledge of data and data tooling (specifically Salesforce) to inform strategies • Aptitude for learning new systems
