Description

β€’ Lead and develop a high-performing team of Provider Partnerships Managers (PPMs) β€’ Scale revenue by partnering with healthcare providers β€’ Mentor and inspire team to achieve and exceed targets β€’ Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1s, and ride-alongs with PPMs β€’ Foster a positive team environment that aligns with Nourish’s values

Requirements

β€’ Proven track record in healthcare sales/BD β€’ At least 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably at a high-growth startup β€’ Experience hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing salespeople β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Strong organizational and process management skills β€’ Knowledge of data and data tooling (specifically Salesforce) to inform strategies β€’ Aptitude for learning new systems
