• 5+ years of recruiting experience with 2+ in high volume (ideally sales) recruiting. • Experienced in owning the entire recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to signing. • Headhunter mentality to find and land best-in-class talent. • Worked at an early-stage startup that has experienced fast growth. • Strong command of candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and creative resources; • Data, systems & process oriented, with expertise in leading TA tools. • Extreme attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment. • Personally connected to Nourish’s mission and excited to help people live longer, healthier lives.
