📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Director of Partnerships to lead the development and execution of our strategic partnership program. • This key role will be responsible for building and managing co-sell, reseller, technical integration, and API partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing partnerships across multiple channels. • Define and execute the overall partnership strategy, aligning with the company's business objectives and go-to-market strategy. • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners across various channels (e.g., technology, distribution, channel sales). • Develop and manage co-sell, reseller, and technical integration programs with key partners. • Negotiate and manage partner agreements, including revenue share models, joint marketing plans, and performance metrics. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans. • Track and analyze partnership performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly. • Drive revenue growth through successful execution of partner programs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations. • Provide ongoing support and enablement to partners. • Resolve any partnership-related issues and ensure partner satisfaction. • Leverage partnerships to expand market reach into new geographies and customer segments. • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive business growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field. • Proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing partnerships across multiple channels. • Experience with direct sales and a deep understanding of the sales process. • Experience managing multi-channel partnerships, including co-sell, reseller, and technology integrations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong leadership and management skills (if applicable). • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
