📋 Description

• The Senior Regional Director of K-12 Partnerships will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with K-12 school district partners within a designated region. • This role focuses on enhancing partner satisfaction, driving student enrollment, and ensuring contract renewals and expansions. • The executive will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging evidence-based insights to support district leadership in achieving their goals. • The ideal candidate will combine a strong background in educational partnerships and account management with exceptional skills in data analysis, communication, and change management.

🎯 Requirements

• Required Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • 7+ years of experience in account management, educational partnerships, or related fields. • Proven ability to manage large-scale accounts, particularly with K-12 school districts or educational organizations. • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Tools) to manage and interpret performance metrics. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders. • Familiarity with K-12 funding models, compliance standards, and state-specific regulations (e.g., FERPA, Title I).
