📋 Description

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering Mobile USO programs and services. • Plan and execute travel schedule, logistics, and other arrangements. • Serve as main contact for Mobile USO events, programs, and services. • Create an inviting area for visitors and guests; promote a positive image. • Lead and supervise on-site event volunteers. • Prepare and maintain all records and reports related to programs and events. • Prepare, equip, and drive USO vehicle to events; maintain compliance with regulations. • Cross-train on all Mobile USO fleet vehicles.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent. • Bachelor's Degree preferred. • 3-5 years progressively responsible work experience in operations, event/program development, and/or logistics. • Ability to obtain a commercial driver's license, if required. • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency using computers and electronic equipment. • General knowledge of various software, applications, and programs including Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to handle confidential information with tact and poise.
