• Overview: • The VP of Power Distribution will oversee all aspects of the company’s power distribution , ensuring effective design, construction, and management of power services. • This role is responsible for driving the execution of large-scale power distribution and substation construction projects, managing engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. • This remote role is ideally suited for candidates residing in Florida or the southern states, as occasional travel to project sites will be necessary.

Requirements

• Direct the Power Distribution division, ensuring alignment of engineering and construction teams with company goals for optimal project delivery. • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and quality in line with industry standards and emerging technologies. • Collaborate with senior management to define division objectives, aligning them with the company’s growth and service goals. • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of all power distribution and substation projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. • Partner with project managers to ensure seamless coordination across all project phases, from engineering design through construction and commissioning. • Establish and monitor performance metrics, implementing process improvements for enhanced project delivery. • Provide high-level technical guidance for engineering design, construction practices, and maintenance standards in power distribution and substations. • Evaluate emerging technologies in power distribution and advise on their integration to improve efficiency, sustainability, and reliability.
