Description

β€’ As the Manager of Sales Development, you will lead and inspire a dynamic team of SDRs. β€’ Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and coaching SDRs to meet ambitious goals. β€’ Own the Sales Development motion, ensuring strategies are effectively implemented and optimized. β€’ Develop and execute innovative strategies to enhance SDR performance. β€’ Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the SDR team. β€’ Work closely with the sales leadership team to ensure alignment between SDR efforts and sales functions. β€’ Utilize Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6sense for operational efficiency. β€’ Stay abreast of industry trends in email authentication and security. β€’ Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to craft effective messaging.

Requirements

β€’ Dynamic SDR Leader with 2+ Years of Proven Leadership Experience: Inspiring teams to exceed targets while cultivating a vibrant and collaborative culture. β€’ CRM Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce and adept at leveraging technology to enhance team performance and streamline processes. β€’ Pioneering Team Builder: Successfully established and scaled new Sales Development Representative (SDR) segments, implementing effective processes and strategies. β€’ Sales Development Savvy: Deep understanding of best practices that fuel successful sales initiatives and maximize productivity, while enhancing operational efficiency to deliver impactful results. β€’ Results-Driven Mindset: Focused on achieving measurable outcomes that propel team and organizational success. β€’ Cross-Functional Collaborator: Excel in building strong relationships across departments, ensuring alignment and driving collective success through open communication and shared goals. β€’ Bonus Points: Experience in Cybersecurity. β€’ Bonus Points: Experience in Zoominfo and Outreach, Salesloft, or similar sales engagement platform.
