Vannevar Labs is looking for a Recruiter for the Mission team to find top talent. • Support the Mission team roles with a focus on sourcing talent across multiple disciplines. • Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and interview processes. • Develop proactive sourcing strategies and improve recruiting best practices. • Ensure a world-class candidate experience through effective communication and coordination. • Manage pipelines for multiple openings with urgency.
Requirements
5+ years of recruiting experience • 3+ years of recruiting experience for a tech or high growth start-up • 2+ years of recruiting in the defense industry or an adjacent industry • Full lifecycle recruiting experience, including various interview formats and methodologies • Experience working with recruiting tools, including ATS tools, resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets • Creative strategic sourcing experience
