• Develop, implement, and optimize processes and cadences to drive alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. • Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of operators producing consistently high-quality, high-impact work. • Identify and execute initiatives to improve processes, workflows, and strategies, optimizing the entire GTM motion. • Leverage analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and revenue opportunities while collaborating with the analytics and strategy team to measure and monitor new trends. • Oversee all GTM processes, including process optimization, territory management, forecasting, and the operating cadence • Partner with global cross-functional teams, including marketing, revenue analytics, and finance teams, to align goals, measure results, and course correct when needed. • Build and own our GTM operating cadence, ensuring it is helping us forecast and understand the business with actionable insights
• 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related GTM function at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights. • A builder’s mindset, comfortable designing and optimizing GTM processes from the ground up. • Passion for enabling teams and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring seamless execution. • Excellent communicator with the ability to distill complex problems into clear, concise insights that drive action.
