Description

• Oversee the development and maintenance of scalable growth systems leveraging modern frameworks and tooling (TypeScript, React), getting hands on when necessary. • Lead your team in identifying and addressing opportunities to improve customer activation and engagement, to support Vanta’s core product and unlock new opportunities for the business. • Drive significant impact for our customers and business by leading your team to deliver results consistently and sustainably. • Develop and hire teams of talented and kind engineers. • Set direction and guide technical strategy, ensuring that your team is delivering value aligned with Vanta’s business priorities with a sustainable technical foundation. • Work closely with Vanta’s customers and customer-facing teammates to build and ship high-value products and growth infrastructure. • Play an integral role in laying the foundation for Vanta’s engineering culture.

Requirements

• Have two or more years of professional experience in a full-time engineering management role. • Led customer-facing growth teams and/or projects that support product and business growth. • Have an understanding of SaaS business growth metrics and quantitative product analysis. • Upleveled teams of engineers by mentoring and leading by example. • Have experience working at rapidly scaling startups and/or large companies with environments that prioritize a bias for action. • Have an interest in learning about security and compliance or prior experience in the space.
