Description

• Manage our existing employee leave policies globally and the ways that we administer them. • Manage all compliance reporting responsibilities etc. • Partner with the legal team to ensure that HR policies and procedures meet the needs of Vanta and are in compliance with local laws and regulations. • Drive efficiency across our core People Ops processes - building automation and optimizing our use of technology to ensure we can operate at scale. • Support benefits strategy and administration. • Support various strategic people ops projects as needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of HR experience, preferably at a fast scaling start up. • Experience driving leave management programs and policy creation at a multinational company. • Strong knowledge of US compliance requirements. • Creative problem solver who uses frameworks to cut through ambiguity and gets energy from independently figuring things out. • Detail-oriented, exceptionally communicative, ability to prioritize effectively. • Strong proficiency with Excel.
