Description

β€’ Manage our existing employee leave policies globally and the ways that we administer them. β€’ Manage all compliance reporting responsibilities etc. β€’ Partner with the legal team to ensure that HR policies and procedures meet the needs of Vanta and are in compliance with local laws and regulations. β€’ Drive efficiency across our core People Ops processes - building automation and optimizing our use of technology to ensure we can operate at scale. β€’ Support benefits strategy and administration. β€’ Support various strategic people ops projects as needed.

Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of HR experience, preferably at a fast scaling start up. β€’ Experience driving leave management programs and policy creation at a multinational company. β€’ Strong knowledge of US compliance requirements. β€’ Creative problem solver who uses frameworks to cut through ambiguity and gets energy from independently figuring things out. β€’ Detail-oriented, exceptionally communicative, ability to prioritize effectively. β€’ Strong proficiency with Excel.
