Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Advanced degree preferred • 5+ years of experience in a P&O or HR business partner role • Ability to leverage knowledge in areas of talent management • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proven ability to manage change and drive strategy
