β’ Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant and coach to senior leaders across your client group and leaders, including the CFO, the CISO and Chief People & Legal Officer and their respective teams. β’ Be the primary point of contact on all people-related matters for global team members at all levels β’ Partner with your leaders to foster and drive a high performance culture and environment, driving initiatives that improve employee performance, engagement and retention β’ Provide support, guidance and thought leadership on areas such as performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce and talent planning, career development, manager development, etc. β’ Collect and analyze data to deliver insights and drive recommendations that support the business β’ Assess organizational health and effectiveness on a regular basis and identify opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies β’ Drive the project management and execution of critical People programs such as performance reviews, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement surveys
β’ 5+ years of experience as a PBP supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment; experience with high-growth companies a plus. Experience supporting G&A teams is a plus β’ Highly solutions oriented with demonstrated strong judgment. Can proactively guide leaders through difficult decision making and challenges. β’ Strong business acumen and insatiable curiosity to learn how the business and your client groups operate β’ Excellent influencer, communicator, facilitator, and listener with a balanced and thoughtful approach to building trust across all levels of the organization β’ Creativity and grit to skillfully problem solve and navigate dynamic, ambiguous situations β’ Outstanding project management and organizational skills β’ Ability to analyze data and effectively communicate key insights, getting resourceful when data might not be readily available β’ A demonstrated track record of bias for action, rolling up your sleeves and getting things done
