Requirements

• Several years of experience as a People Partner within high-growth environments. • Expertise in partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives. • Proficiency in leading performance and compensation review processes and workforce planning. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting. • Polished written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and colleagues. • Proven experience managing competing priorities and making strategic decisions. • Experience working remotely with distributed teams. • HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP • Proficiency in HR systems such as Ashby, Justworks, Rippling, 15Five, etc.
