• 5+ years of experience as an analyst with a preference of at least 3+ years of experience in a people, talent, or related function • Proven experience building dashboards and reports through BI and ATS platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Sigma, and Google Sheets) to drive data-informed decision-making • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of data architecture and development processes is preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make fact-based decisions, even with imperfect data, and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of conveying insights and recommendations to executive leadership and team members at all levels • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to balance competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience in driving operational efficiency and quality improvement initiatives, with a systems-thinking approach to continuously improve recruiting tools and processes • Adaptable and comfortable operating in ambiguity, able to switch contexts seamlessly between strategic work and detailed execution without losing momentum • Strong sense of ownership and urgency, taking initiative to ensure tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively
