β€’ Manage customer queries and complaints. β€’ Process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. β€’ Remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Requirements

β€’ Superior customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills. β€’ Experience in a retail environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered an asset. β€’ Ability to work with little supervision with a high standard for quality, attention to detail and cleanliness. β€’ Ability to work in a team environment with clear and effective communication style, both written and oral. β€’ Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays. β€’ Fluency in English and French shall be considered an asset.
