• Vasion is looking for an Account Executive salesperson, dedicated to our Small and Medium Business customers serving our SLED industry, that exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team. • We are committed to making digital transformation attainable to everyone by building an affordable, integrated SaaS solution that simplifies business processes. • Vasion offers a flexible working environment for our 300+ employees worldwide, including at our global headquarters in St. George, Utah, or in one of our other offices in the UK, Germany, and Lehi, Utah. • Vasion is a rapidly growing SaaS platform that enables businesses to capture and manage digital content and automate workflows. • With Vasion, customers can modernize their content management and business processes to drive compliance, scalability, and accountability. • Account Executives are responsible for revenue growth for both new and existing customers. • The ideal candidate will create and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets by identifying and closing business opportunities. • Account Executives will also be responsible for guiding customers to take full advantage of our product offerings.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. • 2+ years experience in SaaS-related B2B sales or a similar industry. • Experience using Salesforce CRM software. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding challenging sales quotas. • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events • Experience selling software or technology solutions to the SLED industry. • Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding goals and driving revenue growth. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and build relationships with decision-makers. • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong business acumen and understanding of complex sales processes. • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively. • Working knowledge of sales software, tools, and processes. • Extraordinary attention to detail, analytic, and deductive reasoning skills.
