Requirements

• Over 15 years of proven experience in strategic enterprise program development • More than 15 years of global leadership experience • Experienced with worldwide responsibilities and multicultural environments • Enterprise sales experience is greatly desired • Experience with Aha! program management software is desired • Solid business acumen with appreciation for enterprise business objectives • Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing complex projects • Extensive experience working within a matrix structure, with the ability to lead without direct authority and influence key stakeholders • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Technical aptitude to effectively engage in discussions related to backend systems and IT technologies relevant to Veeam, including backup and disaster recovery, storage, virtualization, and cloud computing
