📋 Description
• Verifiable is a credentialing and network monitoring platform built to help healthcare organizations optimize operations with error-free, fast verifications and to stay compliant with ease. • We are an official Salesforce vendor, winning the 2024 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award. • We work with leading healthcare organizations such as Humana Dental, Zelis, Talkspace, Headway, Empower Pharmacy, and many others. • Verifiable is looking for a strong Project Manager to own and manage complex phased implementations for our largest Enterprise customers.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of Implementation or Project Management experience in a technical SaaS or startup environment • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, delivering tailored solutions to each customer’s unique needs • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including scoping, consulting, issue/risk identification, and clear communication of overall project status • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environment • Highly collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused with strong problem-solving abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to define technical changes/requirements and communicate them effectively to technical teams • Healthcare or Healthtech experience is a plus • SFDC proficiency is a plus • Business Analyst experience is a plus
