Verra Mobility is a global leader in smart mobility. •Culture Verra Mobility Corporation is a rapidly-growing, entrepreneurial company that operates with a people-first philosophy. •Position Overview: The ideal candidate is a solution-oriented leader with a strong background in SaaS product support and cloud technologies, particularly AWS. •Role Overview: As an experienced Director of Cloud Operations, you will lead our Application Support and DevOps teams to ensure the optimal performance and health of our SaaS products. •Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the Application Support and DevOps managers and their teams, conducting performance reviews and fostering skill development. Oversee cloud operations, ensuring smooth daily support, product upgrades, and SLA compliance. •Qualifications: Includes Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience and 5+ years of experience in a Director role managing Application Support and DevOps teams.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience •5+ years of experience in a Director role managing and scaling high performing Application Support and DevOps teams. •Demonstrated strong leadership and talent management skills including talent development, coaching, mentoring, and team motivation. •Proven track record managing multiple managers and other leaders. •Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and collaboration at all levels of the organization in addition to vendors. •Strong business acumen and ability to understand and drive business objectives. •Must have a strong background in SaaS product support and cloud technologies such as AWS (preferred) or similar. •Has identifying areas of improvement and building new processes. •Identifying cost savings strategies and partner with finance and additional teams as needed to drive initiatives. •Successful completion of the Nlets fingerprinting background assessment.
