Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Design, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within real estate, design, or sales-driven industries. • Proven track record of recruiting for high-performing sales teams and/or design professionals in competitive markets. • Experience crafting job descriptions, posting on major job boards, and using recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems). • Strong understanding of the key client segments your organization serves, including high-end interior design clients, developers, architects, real estate agents, and builders. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess cultural fit and job-specific competencies. • Experience recruiting for high-end interior designers, sales professionals with real estate or luxury market experience, or similar high-value industries. • Familiarity with conducting portfolio reviews for design candidates or case-study-based assessments for sales roles.
