📋 Description

• The Representative will be responsible for driving sales through the promotion of Viatris products. • Executes with a logical territory management plan. • Develops pre-& post-call planning strategy for key targets. • Achieve sales goals within territory while adhering to all ethical sales practices. • Gathers and utilizes information to develop specific strategies for territory prescribers. • Responsible for ensuring high levels of call and field productivity. • Actively listens and engages in meaningful dialogue. • Demonstrates persuasive dialogue that gains agreement to improve outcomes. • Responds appropriately to customer requests in a timely manner.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA degree required • 6 months to 2 years’ outside B2B sales experience or 2 years’ sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical sales • Business acumen and account management skills • Ability to work independently and as a team • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and listening skills • Must live within geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook • Proficiency in English
