β’ Maintain and generate business by calling on electronic component or semiconductor packaging businesses. β’ Build strategic relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders, at all levels at new and existing customers via presentations, onsite visits & quarterly business calls. β’ Lead generation and qualification through in-field activities, cold calls, targeted visits. β’ Pipeline growth to meet annual targets as directed. β’ Responsible for full sales cycle from opportunity identification through sales closure and support. β’ Develop strategic account plans/business plans for assigned accounts. β’ Ability to communicate effectively with internal & external technical teams. β’ Research & Support promotional efforts for Vibrantz Electronic Materials (Tradeshows, Technical Events, advertising, etc.). β’ Pre-plan and execute quarterly sales activity and prospecting cadence through scheduled customer visits.
β’ AA, BS or BA Degree, or advanced technical degree preferred β’ 10 + years of experience in customer facing position (Sales, Technical Sales, Technical Service) with the following experience: β’ Ability to lead, and work on, internal and external cross functional teams to close new business and service existing accounts β’ Build strategic relationships with customers at all levels within the organization to achieve / exceed desired business objectives β’ Communicating value of product to customers in a variety of different markets and segments β’ 5+ years experience in electronic component or semiconductor packing industries β’ Ability to self-direct work schedule based on evolving changing environments β’ Ability to use Microsoft suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software, SAP β’ Ability to work, communicate and influence in a consensus-based culture. β’ Strong problem solving, good business acumen.
