Requirements
• 7-10 years of media leadership experience • Proven track record scaling YouTube channels to 5M+ subscribers • Demonstrated success leading and scaling high-performing creative teams across multiple functions • Experience managing high-profile creator partnerships and talent relationships • History of driving significant watch time growth through innovative content strategies • Track record of building scalable media operations • Deep understanding of YouTube's ecosystem and creator economy • Strong network within the creator community • Personal experience as a content creator preferred
