• Manage and oversee the procurement process, including drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of contracts. • Ensure procurement activities align with project timelines and construction requirements. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. • Maintain and update a database of all procurement contracts and related documents. • Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or disputes that arise. • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including identifying needs and sourcing suppliers. • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers. • Analyze and evaluate supplier bids to determine the best value for the company. • Implement cost-saving initiatives and negotiate favorable terms and conditions. • Track and report on procurement savings, budget adherence, and project timelines. • Oversee construction procurement activities, ensuring materials and services are sourced efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, project management, or a related role. • Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract law, negotiation techniques, and construction project management. • Experience in construction procurement, including sourcing materials and managing contractor relationships, is highly desirable. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficiency in procurement software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
