Description

• Responsible for orchestrating client onboarding initiatives, guiding new clients through every phase. • Champion the adoption of project management excellence, incorporating industry-standard methodologies. • Collaborate with domain experts to conduct requirements elicitation. • Translate client necessities into precise specifications tailored for integration. • Cultivate a thorough documentation repository, ensuring clarity in project communication. • Steer solutioning workshops to pinpoint and scrutinize customization opportunities. • Serve as the pivotal conduit between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders. • Perform insightful business process analyses to identify optimization opportunities. • Direct the development of tailored training content to empower clients. • Apply business analysis tools to enhance onboarding protocol and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field; PMP and CBAP certifications are highly desirable. • 5-7 years of experience in project management with a strong emphasis on business analysis within the software or benefits administration industry. • Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solutioning, and documentation. • Proficiency in using BA tools for modeling processes, data, and systems. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external clients. • Agile and flexible approach to project management, with an ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently. • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, capable of seeing the bigger picture while paying attention to the details.
