Description

• Oversee and manage client implementations focusing on HCC coding and related projects. • Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new clients. • Act as primary contact for clients, gathering requirements and ensuring satisfaction. • Develop and manage detailed implementation project plans. • Collaborate with internal departments for smooth client onboarding. • Regularly update stakeholders on implementation status. • Oversee technical setup and client system integrations. • Identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, information technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or implementation management, preferably in the healthcare, HCC coding, or medical coding field. • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, sales, and development. • Strong background in client relationship management and technical implementation. • Familiarity with HCC coding, risk adjustment, and healthcare data systems is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or other tracking tools). • Technical proficiency with IT systems and data integrations is a plus. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred but not required.
