Description

• Oversee and manage client implementations with a focus on HCC coding. • Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new clients. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation. • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation process for new HCC coding clients. • Develop and manage detailed implementation project plans. • Work closely with operations, sales, IT, and development departments. • Regularly update stakeholders and clients on implementation status. • Oversee the technical setup and integration of client systems. • Identify opportunities for process improvements in the implementation process. • Provide training and support to clients during the implementation process. • Ensure smooth handoff to ongoing client support teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or implementation management, preferably in the healthcare, HCC coding, or medical coding field. • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, sales, and development. • Strong background in client relationship management and technical implementation. • Familiarity with HCC coding, risk adjustment, and healthcare data systems is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or other tracking tools). • Technical proficiency with IT systems and data integrations is a plus. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred but not required.
