Description

• Responsible for onboarding and training software solutions to customers. • Understand customer's needs and complete applicable onboarding/training. • Support the customer throughout the implementation process and provide feedback to key stakeholders. • Act as primary point of contact for designated customers. • Modify project plans for each customer for a successful software launch. • Communicate risks and escalate to management when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 3-5 years of implementation experience • 5-10 years of Mortgage Industry experience
