Description

•Provide support to university partners in the UK with a focus on one key account. •Ensure smooth onboarding and seamless program implementation. •Responsible for delivering recurring revenues through partnership renewals and expansion. •Conduct evaluations of each program following their close. •Work with marketing to create co-branded materials for custom programs. •Manage university programs with a focus on client success. •Attend conferences and support session proposals.

Requirements

•2+ years of Partnerships and/or Key Account Management experience. •Experience in working with external clients and translating complex information to an internal audience and vice versa. •Demonstrable experience in developing strong partnerships to meet business objectives and KPIs. •Comfortable performing data analysis and making decisions based on results. •Proactive self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills. •Strong communication skills to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders.
