β€’ Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs), building trust and acting as a technical advisor to guide customers toward achieving their mission-critical objectives. β€’ Pre-Sales Support: Partner with Account Executives to deliver compelling product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and craft technical responses to customer inquiries. β€’ Technical Strategy Development: Define long-term technical strategies for customer engagements, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals. β€’ Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams, translating business needs into technical requirements. β€’ Architecture Design and Review: Develop and review technical architectures that align with customer requirements and industry best practices. β€’ Technical Risk Management: Identify technical risks in customer engagements and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. β€’ Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to create technical collateral and align customer feedback with product roadmaps.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting DoD, IC, Federal agencies, or SLED customers. β€’ Proven technical proficiency in data science, data engineering, AI/ML solutions, cloud platforms, and or systems integration. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical solutions. β€’ DoD clearance required for DoD roles; not required for FEDCIV/SLED roles.
