• Our client is a family-owned company selling micro-needling devices, kits, and dermaceuticals mainly to distributors, consumers, and treatment clinics. • They are now looking to hire a Sales Order Admin to manage sales orders, liaise with customers, and support seamless delivery operations. • Process sales orders through ERP systems and liaise with 3PL partners. • Provide customer service support for sales orders, including resolving stock, delivery, and compliance issues. • Manage congress (event) sales orders and follow up on delivery services. • Conduct supply chain audits, document findings, and prepare reports for management. • Collaborate with the team to implement corrective actions and ensure operational excellence.
• Experience in order processing and customer service. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to liaise with freight providers and resolve delivery issues effectively. • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., DEAR Inventory) and reporting tools is a plus.
