Your role will involve driving new business, strengthening existing relationships, and ensuring clients maximize the value of their solutions.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to onboard new clients and expand market reach. β€’ Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. β€’ Solution Selling: Understand client needs and demonstrate how innovative recruitment tools can address their challenges. β€’ Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support client onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement. β€’ Reporting: Provide regular updates on client activity, feedback, and business development progress. β€’ Proven experience in business development or account management, ideally within the SaaS or recruitment tech sectors. β€’ Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and challenges (preferred). β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills. β€’ A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems and online collaboration tools. β€’ Flexibility to work UK business hours.
