Description

• Designing and implementing SAP solutions that align technology with business needs. • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements. • Configure and customize the software according to client specifications. • Understand and document client's existing business processes. • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their queries and issues. • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Maths, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Professional certification in SAP Business One Applications Associate (recent version). • Certified associate in project management (CAPM) or working towards this certification within 6 months of start date. • 5 – 10 years of experience working in ERP system implementation environment or SaaS space. • Proficiency in SAP Business One modules, including financials, sales, purchasing, and CRM. • Knowledge of SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and business intelligence tools is desirable. • Strong understanding of core business processes across various industries. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
