Description

• The Vice President (VP) of Sales is a high-level executive role responsible for leading and managing Vital's sales department in Europe. • This role is critical for driving revenue growth and ensuring the organization's sales strategies align with its overall business objectives and technical roadmap. • Key Responsibilities include Sales Strategy Development, Sales Team Management, Revenue Growth, Customer Relationship Management, Market Expansion, Sales Reporting and Analysis, Compliance and Quality Assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). • Proven track record of successful sales leadership and achievement of revenue targets. • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. • Leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and market dynamics. • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems. • Adept at managing budgets and financial performance.
