Description

β€’ Manage customer relationships for Online Store customers. β€’ Oversee product adoption, inventory oversight, customer service, and order fulfillment. β€’ Engage in campus marketing initiatives and financial aid management. β€’ Travel to customer campuses as needed.

Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years of experience in retail management, e-commerce, campus sales, or a similar role. β€’ Strong leadership and team management skills. β€’ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. β€’ Proficient in e-commerce platforms, inventory management software, and/or digital marketing tools. β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
